[REQ] Add-on that pulls thread/posts when key word in used in topic/thread

Does a add-on/hack exist that pulls threads with certain key words?

Example. My board was sued by Radio Shack back in 2004 because the previous owner allowed inside information to be posted. One of the stipulations of the lawsuit was that we can't give information about Class action lawsuits.

And I want to pull threads with "Class Action lawsuit" in them. is there a program that does that? And that is also flexible enough to allow multiple key words?
