[REQ 3.6.8] Icons next to usernames

Just wondering how this is done. If you go to Katz Forums and look at the users logged in on the bottom you will see that the staff members there have little icons next to them. Any idea how this is done? I think it would really be cool to have this :D.

Change 'imagelink' to your image URL.

Add that to the start of the span tag within the Admin CP > User Groups.
