a) Is there any way that only the administrator can give or take away reputation to users?
b) Is it possible change the name "reputation" by another one?
A: Goto admincp and Users now search for the user and change his reputation there
B: Search for the Phrase Reputation and change it in the phrases... also check the templates for the Reputation text
