replace avatar with profile pic

hi would like to replace avatar with profile pic

this would mean changing postbit member profile friends templates etc etc

can some one show me how to do this please - thanks :)

dont see the point in having the 2 and my members have already added more profile pics than avatars - would be nice to get them seen more around the site - any help with template changes would be gratefull or if i missed this please show me have tried a search thx
