Repeating Keywords in Subdomain = Added Benefit?

Let's say my keyword is "Blue Widget Tutorials"

My domain is www. bluewidget .com

My subdomain can either be:
A) www. bluewidget .com/blue-widget-tutorials.html
B) www. bluewidget .com/tutorials.html

Question is, Will the keyword Blue Widget in the root domain name be sufficient enough? Or will I want to keyword my subdomain exactly as the keyword I want to target? Thanks! I think that G frowns on Kw repetition but I can't fully back this up with anything concrete I'm affraid. The way you mentioned in subpage and not subdomain. You can repeat the keyword but it would not give much positive toward Google as you may expected. Overdoing on it may cause your website ranking dropped due to spam attempt.

This was an abused way by webmasters before, that's why Google has to devalued "keyword rich url". You only need to have your keyword in your URL once in my opinion. subdomain is stand alone domain for search engine, that's why its called "subdomain". It doesn't give any benefits for root domain.
