Need some assistance tuning a page with a couple of issues.

1. In IE6 - I can live with the results, but I'd like to have the image scroll down the page as one travels down the eventual list. Currently using a JavaScript image swap which functions fine in fixed top right position. In CSS, I've read how you can scroll with background, but if the image needs to be named and swapped, how would you do it?
2. In FF, Around about item 29, strange things start to happen in content, and a little further down content and left nav start having problems.

Found something that seems to work with JavaScript in IE and FF as far as scrolling down. What do you think? Alternative in CSS?

This one is working almost exactly as I would like for it to in IE and FF.

But, if you scroll down, why are the backgrounds not going all the way to the bottom?
