Renaming Forum Test Folder

I just finished importing phpbb to vbulletin.
My old phpbb forum folder is called "Forums"
My new vbulletin forum folder is called "test"

When I try to rename the phpbb folder from "Forums" to "Forums1"
and the vbulletin folder from "test" to "Forums" it seems that everything works fine.
I can access my new vbulletin forums just fine from my website. However,
it wont let me login. I think part of the vbulletin forums is still trying to go into "test" to get information.

What do I have to do so I can rename my vbulletin forums folder to "Forums"?

go to admincp >> vbulletin options >> site name/url/ contact details >> change the urls there..

Ok I changed the url in the admincp >> vbulletin options to /forums instead of test.
I can now log in to post threads and replies but when I try to go into the admincp it tells me I need to login. I login to the admincp and it says thanks for logging in then goes right back to the login screen.

Any ideas?
