hi, my site was up on Google, and it looked all good. A few pages were indexed, with their descriptions, etc.Now, when I search for the site: http://www.gigagaming.com, it doesnt bring up any results.Why was I removed? I got linked to by other sites, and I updated the site regularly! It may be some sort of glitch.And it happened right when we had a server error, of which i couldnt access FTP..............strange.Ohh well, i'll try re-submitted, and affiliating on other sites.If your site is very new to becoming spidered, it's something that happens. I have set up tons of new sites, and sometimes the new ones are spidered and then they drop out...but they always come back. I would just be patient and build some backlinks to your site.okay. am doing, and will do.It looks like there is a definite problem at Google ...My prime site is over 7 years old ... been around longer than Google ... dropped out of the index on July 28.This site is pure white hat, has not had any changes or new links in 30 days. Has appeared in top 5 for the last few years.Now ...site --- NOT FOUNDPage Rank --- 0Link --- 0This site has been completely wiped from the index at Google.That happened to me on the Feb 5th update. Basically exactly the same thing. I sent an email, and unfortunately got no reply. About 60 days later roughly everything was back.Yeah ... been bounced before ... but this one is different. It was not a matter of dropping in the SERPS.Everything was OK until about 1pm then POOF ... GONE right across the entire index (all data centers).I am hearing the same thing about dozens of well established, high PR, sites that just vanished. Apparently ALEXA is one of them.Most likely reason is a new filter was applied and some folks just got caught up with the scammers and scrapers.Quote:My site is back in the index ... I'm not TOO worried about my page rank at the moment, seeing as we're still under construction.Google seems again running a big hunt to bann bunch of sites and now this time i am assuming they have created new kind of a sandbox to filter sites at a private stage which causes temporary disappearing from Google.
