remove redirect-to/redirect?

Hi guys

I have a little problem with URL redirection, i searched in google and the forum and i haven´t found solution

the question is maybe so noob, but anyways xD

How can i do remove the "redirect-to/redirect?" in the external links posted in my site? or change it?

Example:
Posted link: www.google.com
My forum convert this link in: www.myforum.com/redirect-to/redirect?=www.google.com

I use vbulletin 3.8.1
with vbseo 3.2

Assalam-O-Walaikum,
Go to vbseo and login with your account then after little scroll down you can see this.
"Redirect ALL External URLs Posted in Private Forums" set this to no.
You have done.
Note:it's a forum for vbulletin 3.8 releases not for asking questions.
