Remove namespace attribute from header part in Java Soap Request

I cant seem to figure this out. I want to remove the \[code\]xmlns:ims="http://www.imsglobal.org"\[/code\] from the \[code\]imsx_syncResponseHeaderInfo\[/code\] element below.
