so to remove this: vBulletin skin developed by: eXtremepixels

But maybe you can tell me how to change:
Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.6.8
Copyright ©2000 - 2007, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.

to a different copyright like from phpBB ;)
 
That "skin devloped by" should be found in the footer template of your skin that it is on. Just go Edit Templates then Footer. Go to the bottom, look for it.

As for the "Powered by..." that is a vbphrase. Go in the ACP and search in languages and phrases for Powered and it will be found. Then just change it from there!
 
UMMM thats what i have done, but no luck <- nevermind i did editted the wrong one haha
but the copyright of vbulletin did work perfect
