How can you remove a phrase?

2:
How can you remove Powered by vbulletin from Admin contol panel title bar?

B4 you all go mad.......I've done the x_powered_by thing but that only removed it from main forum, I want to remove it from ACP titlebar!
 
O look its Big D always coming to my rescue, I should just ask you from your board really lol,

Hey Big D,
all that are relevent to the x_powered_by really. As you can see from my original post I can't seem to remove Powered by from Amin CP titlebar, I assume its going to be a template edit (on server not from ACP) but can't seem to find where!
