Hey i need 2 addons if anyone has it here well im looking for these 2 below

• Forum Homepage
• Arcade addon

i need full arcade addon as well..

These addons must be for 3.6.8 .

And theres another thing i need to ask, im asking you on this thread instead of me making another one well i wanna know how to update from 3.6.8 to 3.7.0 i just wanna know coz in few more months im gonna update to 3.7.0 cant be bothered now..
