After I update the data in the php webpage, I open other webpage to show whether the data have been update or not. However, the data have not been update yet. Anyway, if I refresh the webpage again using the internet explorer's menu, the data have in fact been update already. I think that, the old webpage browsed previously in my computer is now downloaded instead of from the website if without refresh from IE menu. Is it related to the RAM or cache in the computer? Please give me method on how to open the update webpage with refresh, thanks.
