I have a problem with my current web app. Whenever a user hits back buttons or refresh errors pop up on some of the pages. This is because my scripts delete files or users, and when reload is hit the file or user is no longer there. Is there a good way to get php to ignore refreshes and back buttons, or expire those pages. I know there are some headers I could try, but I don鎶
