Redsign PHP Website

Hello,<br /><br /><br /><br />I have a video upload website (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.ahistoryofireland.com/">http://www.ahistoryofireland.com/</a><!-- m -->). I would like to change the design of it, but I am a bit lost. I thought it was like html but when I open up the php files in Dreamweaver I can target="_blank">http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp<br /><br />And get a copy of the PHP manual as treat it as gold, 'cause it is.<!--content-->
