Can someone please recommend me some books I could purchase that will guide me in the development of a call reporting application using either vb.net, or c#.net? I'm not sure at this point which would be the better language to use.
I would like to build an application that has "XP style" forms, that accesses SQL server databases, and that can make an online connection to send and receive reports / data.
I would like to build this application on the .net platform.
