Real big problem plz help

ok well i made a vbulletin and i have no clue what is wrong with it everyone but me can post topic's idk why also when i tried to install chatboxes all different none of them worked and they were all for 3.7xx also it does not let anyone quick reply anymore and to change the color or text or font adding smilies basically is all not working can anyone help me out? my vbulletin is 3.7.3
 
slicko I would reccomend having someone install vbulletin for you and set it up. Sounds like a few things need fixing.
