Reading users PM's for security reasons

Is there a addon that allows admins to read a users pm without going through the DB?

We have a spy in the ranks and we are trying to find out who it is. We know who he is (By real name), but we don't know what his user name is.

I have heard of a add on that does that, but I will be damned if I can find it.

Why not go through the database? It takes all of 2 minutes.

But if you really want another way I suggest searching here - there have been at least two hacks of this nature posted recently.
 
I have tried, many of times. And no matter how many words I put in the search it says there aren't enough searches for complete a search. So a little help would be great.
 
It says

"Sorry, you don't have permission to access the administrative controls on this page.

Would the setting that i need to edit in the .includes/config.php?
