re-write COM interface to XML

Now, I抦 re-designing COM interface written in VB for distributed application.The interface is very good structured. Is there any tool available from MicrosoftDNA(or other vendors) which allows to re-write this interface using XMLor some flavors of the language?Thanx in advance,Larissa
