Hi all,

I got a new host today and downloaded all my files + database from the old host. re-upped everything to my new host and imported the database, everything works fine and is super fast with the new guy but have one problem :(

when I first installed vbulletin I changed the admicp to something different and all was good. after the re-up if I go to .com/myadminfolder I get an
"Internal Server Error"

Is there anyway I can access my admincp now. I have renamed it back to admincp and corrected the config.php but that doesn't do anything :(

Many Thanks

Gunner

"Internal Server Error" normally occurs when folder permissions or .htaccess file are incorrect.

you not supposed to rename any folders =/
the folder that you needed was - .com/admincp not /myadminfolder

fyi: You can rename admincp and modcp folders theres options in the config.php files as mentioned above.

I think Gunner quoted "myadminfolder" so not to tell us what he/she origianlly changed it to.

Correct both times Hoxxy :)

Wassup, you CHANGE admincp and modcp to anything as long as you set the path correct in config.php aswell.

many thanks Hoxxy, I'll have a look at the .htaccess
