re-name tables

Is there a easy way to rename tables. ie I have a set of tables all with a the same begining. ie
mysite_downlaods
mysite_links
mysite_etc etc

hope you get the idea.

Is the a way I could rename * tables that begin with mysite to yoursite_etc etc
