Rapidshare portal ... help me

hi guys ...

i wanna start a rapidshare portal in my forum .... i want create a portal that only my forum users to be able to use this .... Example , user with X posts or X rank in forum to be able to get X Direct links from Rapidshare . can anyone help me ?

please give me all information about that ...

i wanna make it , that a user with 3 post to be able to get 1 direct link from raidshare ... first how can i make this portal ( i need scripts ) and then how make out it that users with 3 post to be able to get 1 direct link .....

i need scripts for this ..........
