Ranks but like this

for example
mod's color is green
i want their stars are green and it is raise up by message level

Or

orange stars are permission level for super mod.
orange stars are green and 4 stars are green others are white for moderator' permission
they are red and all stars are red for admin's permission

blue bar is message level.


How can i do that??

i think it is very hard question from me

make them in some image editor like photoshop and go to ranks new rank selct the image, select the gorup the y will be aplaied for example moderators, the only thing you have to do is make the ranks.
