Hello,i want the best backup solution available, and after a bit of research i understood R1Soft is really the best for me.I will eventually get my server to install the software and then install licenses, but a t the moment i really can't afford this.I am looking for a company who offers backups with R1Soft, who have you guys used? who are you using? any recomendations?Thank you in advance.(Hope this is the right section, couldn't decide the correct one)I know BQbackup have this in beta, so you may want to email scott directly and enquire.I know for a fact Scott (BQ Scott :P) has this service available, just doesn't advertise on his website. Just send him an email and he will help you out. Its affordable as well.Handy Networks (http://www.handynetworks.com) are providing R1Soft CDP backup services.I'm using bqinternets r1soft service and so far it has been great.Check: http://www.r1soft.com/customers.html

CDP is a great platform :)

The Planet also offers this as well.

Thank you.Can you outsource this? The Planet has very good pricing on R1Soft. We were looking into switching to their offering rather than going direct to R1Soft as we are now. http://www.theplanet.com/hosting-products/backup/They allow unlimited agents on their packages which will save you a ton of money. Thanks!I also spoke with theplanet sales team and i think the offer is really great! We went though The Planet for our back up servers using R1Soft. Wonderful system. Uses very little resources on servers, you can barely tell a back up is running.I personally went elewhere after trying the planets r1soft options. Support was bad for it. If you know what you are doing with it and dont mind waiting for hours or even days for support to reply then the planet is fine :)I personally went elewhere after trying the planets r1soft options. If you happen to look at this again WiredMom, where did you end up for this service?webhostbackups.com actually. They did a good job - assisting with setup, install, a bug or two that popped up. After waiting days sometimes for replies from theplanet when asking questions like adding a mysql addon - I guess I am just a bit overjoyed with the support at webhostbackups :)Yes have to agree with you, I had three different sales people quote me three different prices on the mySQL add on. Seemed like no one knew what was going on. Have to say I was getting a little frustrated.
