Quick reply problem [Help]

Hii all
This is my forum
In this image you can see my "Quick Reply Box"
I have highlighted 2 contents ...

Here to post quick reply we need to click on this(
2us8pyc.jpg
) image and then we need to type ...
Can any one tell me how to change that ... i want a way where we can directly type in the quick reply

First of all this is NOT help section
thou solutions to your problem is very simple.

Goto admincp --> vbulletin options --> Message Posting & Editing Options --> Quick Reply --> Select NO
