Questions about selling a generic, adult and/or entertainmen

Hi all,
I have recently acquired a domain name that I now look to liquidate for a reasonable price as it does not fit my portfolio objectives. I want to know what would be the best way to find and contact a motivated buyer for such a name.

The domain name is CheriLady.com

Where its value comes from:

1) First off, "Cheri" is a common female name, which means that the name is generic enough that it should preempt any possible trademark or copyright lawsuits.

2) "Cheri Cheri Lady" is the name and part of the chorus of a popular Modern Talking song (one of the first things that comes up in search results). The Cheri Cheri Lady music video has had 2 million+ views since it was posted 1 year ago on YouTube.

3) "Cheri" is also the name of a popular adult print and online publication. (Would it be worth for me to contact this organization at all)

In light of the above, I feel that the name should be worth at least mid-$x,xxx, if not $10k+

If anyone has had experience selling similar items, or if you can offer any advice at all on this topic, that would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
