Quick way:
Admincp>>Languages & Phrases>>Search in Phrases
In the bottom section "Find and Replace in Languages"
In the first box add: vbulletin
in the second box ad: what ever you wish to replace it with.
be warned this may brake some mods and other things
Slow way:
Admincp>>Languages & Phrases>>Search in Phrases
Search for vbulletin and change all instances one by one
Though this is the slow way it is probably the best and the recommended way as you will know exactly what your replacing.

cool both worked now how bout the word Vbulletin in the admin controll panel. the reason i wana know how to remove ever word of it is because i dont want like evidence of vbulletin cus im thinking that if theres no word of vbulletin in the forum than people wont get suspitious dont u think?

ok im trying to put like attachments on my website but it wont work i get an error like this:
