I work for MuggleNet.com, and run the somewhat-popular Caption Contest (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.mugglenet.com/captioncontest.shtml">http://www.mugglenet.com/captioncontest.shtml</a><!-- m -->) on the site. For a new and cool addition to the page, I would like to give visitors the option of choosing their favorite of the 15-30 winners.
Is there a Java code that will allow guests to not only select their favorite (the 'only one choice per visit' capability is extremely optional) ones from the list, but also that will rearrange the list of them on the page putting the selection that is most voted on top?
It would work a bit like a poll, but without showing the data or going to a seperate page: Something like having a checkbox next to each selection of text. The text most clicked on will appear at the top of the list.
If there is some way to do this, please E-Mail me at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a><!-- e --> so that I may use it. You would of course be credited on the page if you like. Thanks!
