[QUESTION] vBulletin 3.6.5 without keygen.php

I've downloaded the vBulletin 3.6.5 but it hasn't the keygen.php file. If I use the keygen.php of the vBulletin 3.6.8, it works??

If the release didn't have a keygen it's probably cause it doesn't need one.

Why not download a later version most can be found here.

Yea, just download the one with a kaygen, or download the newest vbulletin with keygen, and run the upgrade script.
