Can you make the BackGround auto stretch to fit the browser?

CSS3 specification is still under development. It would be considered "out" when it becomes W3C Recommendation.

Then it will take some time for browsers to catch up (CSS2 has been out for almost 6 years, still no browser fully supports it)
