dunno. To be honest, I'm not the Admin - my friend is and I am asking on his behalf.<br />

btw - this is only for a forum being hosted on a larger bulletin board.<!--content-->Then the forum must have a template. Make a template for it, and edit. When you edit it, you probably should find something like <body bgcolor="#color"> or something (I'm not used to vB templates, so I'm not sure), and change that to <body background="imageurl.extension">. But if you want the pic to be moveless, so that it stays the same way if you scroll down, make this code: <body backgorund="imageurl.extension" bgproperties="fixed">.
