i recently bought a dropped domain via TDNAM i paid the $5 for the domain and $9.99 registration free. i got my receipt for payment and domain but the domain is not showing up in my godaddy account and when i logged into my TDNAM account, its showing up in the "NOT WON" section of my account even though i have paid for it.
I have tried contacting support 3 times now and keep getting canned responses saying that it should be in the "Won" section and i can take up to 2 weeks to transfer to my godaddy account.
Can anyone shed some light in this situation, its the first time i have used TDNAM to purchase a domain, have i done something wrong or is it a problem with their system?
