Currently we have a sitemap we provided to Google, in that sitemap for example we have 100,000 url links but google only index and crawl 50,000 why is it?
Having additional pages on top of the 100,000 is that a plus? Let me know what you guys think, any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. In most cases and for most websites, Google doesn't index all links in sitemaps and index them slowly. Even for powerful webistes. So its good that you have all links of your website in sitemap file, but Google usually doesn't index all of them. So don't worry about it at all. Its totally natural. Yes my experience is also the same that Goolge doesn't indexed my all links at once after sitemap submission. Give some time to index your urls in Google. Google will index your all pages but it can take time . If you want hurry to index your all pages so try to do social bookmarking and interlink to all pages to each other
