im about to buy a vb license, but ive got a vb system installed already (not leagal) would it be a problem to keep using mine or do i have to reinstall all the php's and mysql db with the new licensed version?
Hey there Daz, I am considering the same thing as our site is growing quickly and I would hate for someone to ruin things for us if they discovered we were using naughty software.
We're using j.blacks vBulletin 3.6.8 PL2 Premoded & Precoded SEO Version, are we likely to encounter problems doing what you say above. I've disabled the seo part of it, don't like it, but do you foresee us confronting problems by simply over-writing the files. Also, we have large amount of mod's installed on top of those that j.black included in this release, will we lose all the mod's installed?
We want to stick with 3.6.8 for now!
