Question about installing a style

Hey, I'm pretty unexperienced when it comes to vBulletin and I'm having troubles getting the skin to show up properly.

I've downloaded http://www.vbteam.info/3-8-x-premium-styles/21517-3-8-2-cyborg-red-vbdesigns-de-ported-mmmxiv.html

I did what I thought was the correct way to upload the files, and came out with his http://i41.tinypic.com/14xdm6f.jpg

Can some one break down exactly how I'm supposed to upload the style? I know that has to be a pain but I would really appreciate it. And for the record, yes I am using vb 3.8.2.
 
Make new folder in public_html named as designs & upload the cyborg-red folder in it..

Install the style & see the difference
 
You have the images folder in the wrong location. Check your installation again. designs/cyborg-red should be in your forum root.

Try to right click on the link at the top of the page (I think its the alt for the image that is suppose to be there) and check the properties to see if it tells you where the images are suppose to be.
