is it possible if I submit link to directories and when I re-submit the same website in those directories in different categories will it be accepted? I got message URL already exists, if this message does not show means URL is not there or we can submit multiple same links?. There is no need to have the same link submitted to 1 directory multiple times. That'll be duplicate content on that directory and pretty much all directory owners will not approve the same exact listing twice on there direcotry even if it's in two different categories.
If the directory allows deep links then you can submit multiple pages from your website with your listing. I don't focus on directory submissions its because of slow approval of the owner of the directory. Directory submissions takes time because your post will be reviewed. Its depend on directory site, some directories are not allowed to post same url links in one directory, if you are posting same url with sub categories in one directory, it will not accepted and you got message that url already exists so that you have to submit in another directory. There are directories who allow people to submit same URL but in different category, I have experience that before so what i did is to choose a niche closer to mine. And there are directories who don't allowed to resubmit your site to them while there are directories who only accept and post your URL for a particular period of time, let say for a week or month then you can resubmit your URL again to them. It Depends the Directories owners. some of directories allow the Multiple Link submission and other is not allow. yes of course submitting to same directories but different sites is allowed. Most people will forget to look after the cache details of the directory - if you submit to your site to directory which yet to be cached is waste of time.
