Question about 3.7.2 compatibility

Not really the only relevent template changes from 3.7.2. to 3.7.3 are an ad placement in the postbit templates so really everything should work fine.
 
Not really as it would depend on the style you currently use but in general when you install an older style you must tick the ignore box allowing it to install, once done at the top of the admincp main page you will see a message telling you there are templates that need your attention so you can view what needs to be sorted that way.

From what I can remember its only 2 bits of code that needs to be added.
