To reduse stress i'm just going to include my header & Footer into each page, so if i wanted to change lets say the menu/links all i would have to do is change the sorce of my header/Footer. BUT my host does not support php so is there a way i can do this without php. Maybe shtml?<br />

Yeah ur sites not bad, its works fine, i try to have plenty of color in my sites but each to their own, a couple of errors (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.unod.web1000.com%2F">http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http% ... 000.com%2F</a><!-- m -->) you might want to clear up, easy ones!<!--content-->just put your menus in a javascript file and include them that way.<br />
