Currently I'm creating a poll amongs our employees, using HTML forms.<br />
This poll should be anonymous. The poll is only accessible using our local intranet, so no 'outside' people can respond.<br />

I already created the form and it is possible to send the form anonymously to me.<br />
My question however is how to ensure each person only fills in the form (and sends it to me) once.<br />

Can anybody give me a clue how to manage this?<br />
