I must say I am downright shocked at how some folks in this business carry themselves. I'm not much of a poster here, mainly a lurker but I've been using PSM (FSM) long enough to get a little defensive myself when I see feeble minds make some of these outrageous posts. In my 7 years of being in business I have lost thousands of dollars due to internet deadbeats and my own mistakes. Anyone that steps foot into this business that cant afford a $30.00 loss needs to take a long hard look at what they are doing because this business isn't for you. Over the last few years FSM (now PSM) has helped me and my business maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction which in turn gives me revenue! Have I ever gotten mad at PSM? Of course I have but the next day I realize that I wasn't mad at them, I was under pressure from my clients and I vented in the wrong place. PSM has always solved my problems, they have always gone above and beyond their call of duty. Even things like installing software for me such as TeamSpeak and CpanelXP (now Cpanel Evolution) because I simply didn't have the time to spend on it. Did they have to do the install? Hell no! Its not within their scope of support but they did anyways and why? Because they value every customer they have individually! With this being said, if your interested in a true blue server management company that cares about your BUSINESS then I highly recommend PSM. Take the negative comments you may see on WHT from the source.I couldnt agree more. PSM has been amazing for me :)

-Chrisplatinumservermanagement (psm) is definitely the way to go, and I agree that many times i get upset at my own customers and vent towards them out of anger but its not their fault, usually my stupid mistakes lol. ive been with them for i cant even remember how long and have saved my but so many timesIf I had to nitpick, it would be sometimes I get a response of: "It's fixed" or "resolved". Being the geek I am, I want to know EXACTLY what the issue was, but I know they don't have the time to hold my hand. And for $29.00, I keep having that moment of clarity - 'they just fixed it... And it was like the 15th issues I've had this month... And IT'S 29 dollars!' So I remind myself to shutup already.

I think the saying 'you get what you pay for' is not accurate for these guys, but it's close. A good example would be: I bought a Ford Focus for commuting issues. I don't expect it to perform like a Ferrari but I'm so pleased that for under $12,000 dollars I have a car that starts every time I put the key in, gets great gas mileage, and has a low insurance fee. And, it's nearly invisible to the police as I'm scooting along the freeway at 70 MPH. People need to get some perspective sometimes. If they ever dropped my servers, or affected my customers in a negative way - I would have NO issue with ripping them. But alas, they have only helped me for more than a fair price. It's all about price point. If I was paying $99.00 dollars a month, I'd expect a whole hell of lot more (BTW: I'd pay that for what they have done for me), but I've been ripped off for WAY more on things that mattered much less. My servers are my world and these guys treat them with the utmost respect. I've never seen them do anything remotely malicious and trust them explicitly. The people I've seen in this forum that have wanted to fight battles with PSM trip me out. One of them even said "Are you retarded?" when responding to a PSM post. Being the brother of a developmentally disabled sister, I took much umbrage to that comment... Talk about an amateur. But then I stepped back and considered the source. Anyone who makes such a callous comment and paints with such a broad stroke obviously is misguided. But to each his own...

All I can say, the sure fire bet if you need assistance with your servers is platinum. It's beyond worth it. I mean, has anyone had their servers completely screwed by them? I've never heard of it.

And BTW: One month I was so happy with their services and needed some immediate attention, I sent them $50.00 dollars extra to guarantee (read: brown nose) they would get my job done as I was under mucho pressure. They did the job AND sent me back the $50.00 dollars. They would NOT accept it... AND (!) Last month I had some money issues, couldn't pay for my month of management (I know, 'sad') and sent them a mail apologizing for my lapse. Guess what? I get a mail saying " Don't worry about it, we'll give you a month free." This was an obvious gamble on their part that I'd renew again when I had the money. I know what I'm doing next month - renewing. For the price of a tank of gas I get someone babysitting my servers while I go to my son's baseball practice, daughter's gymnastics class, momentary nap while watching the PGA, etc.

3 thumbs up for PSM!!PSM has been great for me and my business. Would recommend them to anybody.I dislike seeing attacks on PSM also. They are an excellent company and know what they are doing. Every company has customers they can't make happy, but that doesn't give the unhappy customer the right to publicly attack the company.Anybody attacking any company should at least be prepared to give proof that there is a good reason for it.I've also noticed that in many cases, the person uses their services for almost a month and issues several tickets, then complains and leaves. Looks to me like they just want to get some free help getting started.
