Proplem in "email manger"

PLZ, I've a proplem in "email manger". If someone registered, he didn't receive any Activation message, and the active is already enable. and no one can send any Invitation.
I think the proplem in "email manger", but i can't fix it. so please HELP.

not much you can do about that but to change the registration method to send no activation email.

Might ask your hoster to allow fsockopen(), but chances are good that they won´t. Out of curiosity: Free hoster ?
