Problems with AdminCP

I have installed my forum on a new domain but when I try and login to the admin panel it says its logging in and takes me back to its login box.

Why is it doing this?

i am using vBulletin.v3.7.2.PL2.PHP.NULL-DGT
 
Yeah I did, it was a cookie issue I have sorted it now.

I do however have another problem.

When i press the little help ? none of them work it just puts me back to the top of the page...any ideas why?
 
No im using firefox.

Even double clicking on things like "FORUMDISPLAY" in Style Manager doesn't do anything.

I'm guessing its the release.
 
Upload the tools.php file found in the "donot_upload" folder to your admin directory (you may have to upload the init.php to the install directory file aswell) browse to it.....

ie:
yoursite.com/admincp/tools.php

and revert the cookie settings...

delete both files clear your broswer cache and then try logging in again :)
