Sometimes when people refresh...it refreshes some frames but not the others...somtimes to refresh a certain frame you have to right click on a specific one and click refresh<br />
Even then..it takes 2 tries to get it refreshed.<br />

So everytime i have an update on my site (every friday) its sometimes a hassle for people to see my site updates.<br />

Anyone heard or seen this before?<br />

TRizZA<!--content-->this is a problem with using framesets - the browser window is divided up between the pages. When you hit the refresh button it only actually refreshes the last page (which may be only in one frame) which was opened.<br />

Try <F5> or <CTRL>+<F5><!--content-->That works awsome<br />
refreshs all the frames...all the other pages.<br />

But how will i get everyuser that comes to my site to do that?
