Problems linking to an <iframe>

i have created a page which uses an <iframe> as the main cell...now what my problem is, is that i can't link from another cell to the cell which contains the <iframe>. for instance i have a word and when someone clicks on it it will load another page in the main cell as an <iframe>...and so that link is still visible...(now im starting to confuse my self <br />

So give the iframe a name....<br />
