Problems Installing Titanium Skin

vB:3.8.0
Skin:Titanium(http://www.vbteam.info/3-8-x-premium-styles/17088-extremepixels-titanium-3-8-0-ported-filez.html)

This is how it looks like when I install it.

How I installed:

1)Copied the contents of the titanium folder(attach, avatars, buttons, editor, gradients etc folder) into the /forum/images.
2)Went into the Style Manager and imported the '/forum/titanium/vBulletin Files/vb 3.8.x' titanium.xml file and told it to ignore the version check.

Any help would be apreciated.

I presume your problem is that the skin is not the full width of the screen. Didn't you get a titanium+.xml or titanium_liquid.xml ? The (+) and the (liquid) mean it will be the screen width.
Also you could try edit the stylevars template of titanium style. somewhere there, there is a size option you can set it to 100% or pixel amount.
Hope this helps

Not really, I got 2 files:
titanium.xml
titanium_x.xml

I tryed with titanium_x.xml, this is how it looks now:

Instead of showing the View Who's Online icon it just shows the text and when I switch to the default skin it shows the icon >_<.

Problem is the images are missing due to installation in the wrong place. All ExtremePixel skins I've seen get their skin directory uploaded to the forum root. Read the install instructions again to verify that I'm right, move it there and all will be well.

In the archive, you should have four directories: Fonts, Photoshop Files, vBulletin Files and Documentation. The Documentation directory is where you will find Installation_Legal.html. If you don't have this in your archive, you got an incomplete package.

Problem solved.Cheers.

No idea, never had a local host setup. Move the titanium directory to the same place you installed vB. That's the forum root.
