Problem With vbulletin

Hi
I have a little problem with my vbulletin forum
When I create I new thread I can see it in my forumdisplay until I refresh the page (press F5)
Please If you can resolve my problem reply here soon
 
Can you post a screenshot? (hide your URL of course)
Did you install a hack recently? Changed some js or php files?
 
I can't explain with a screenshot
For exemple
When I post a new thread in Vbteam and I click in the forum where I have post this thred I show it
But in my Forum If I post a new thread And return to forum I can't show until I press refresh button
And this problem is in all other page like online .php
