Problem with VbSEO { help plz

Hello i installed VbSEO
its every thing is working fine
all the new links working like charm
http://www.xxxx.com/thread1942.html

but the problem was with converting the old links to the new links

all the links work fine except
http://www.xxxx.com/showthread.php?t=3322

whenever i open pages with this link i get database error ,
with all other links its works properly
like
http://www.xxxx.com/showthread.php?p=42481

ha what do u think about it?
