problem with VBookie

Dear people,
I have a problem with Vbookie. I have installed this product, but i can not change the permission for the usergroup permissions.

I have read that you must add a bitfield. But where most you added this bitfield? I dont know where i most do this, and there is the problem. When i know where i most to do add this, i know how it most.

Sorry for my bad english, but i hope you know this question

Read! Read the instructions. I forget off the top of my head but you either install it as a plug in/product or upload the bitfields XML it in the includes/xml folder.
 
That problem i have fixed, but now i have this error when I will look to a board:

What is then the problem?

Nobody knows what the problem is?
 
No i have not change any code in that file. Thats the hole problem.

And in the forum header he gives this information:

Code: 
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /forums/forumdisplay.php(111) : eval()'d code on line 12
