Hi All,

I am attaching a zip file.
- Extract the files to folder-Test.
- Give web sharing to the folder.
- Type http://localhost/test/homepage.html. />
- Click on the TopMenu link.

Now here is the problem.

When u click the TopMenu link the first time after opening the browser we can see the progress bar progressing indefnitely even though all the frames are loaded. Why is this so.

Thanks
Chanti.Sometimes sites get stuck loading text, or images. This symptom is often seen when files are missing some ending tags, especially
or
.
I'll take a look at your files later, though I haven't got a local web server to run them up on.doesn't happen to me..... also you don't need a server to run these plain html files.

and why do you have scripts after your closing body tags?Hi All,

Thanks guys for your replys.

Its not sometimes I get this problem but every time I open the Homepage.html in the browser and click the TopMenu link.

Yes these files are working well if there is no server i.e. you open the homepage.html by double clicking it. The problem is encountered only when we are access it thru the virtual path.
FYI: I am using IIS.

Thanks
Chanti.well since the Topmenu link isn't going anywhere then you should get a progress bar at all. it should be instant.

and again, you don't need a server to open these. they are just plain html files that go no where.
